My Life in Print - Terms and Conditions

Welcome to My Life in Print! We specialise in handmade resin creations, custom-printed clothing
and mugs, and personalised cards for all occasions. By accessing our services or purchasing our
products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website, services, and products. By placing an
order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these
terms.
2. Products and Services
We offer:
- Handmade Resin Products - including but not limited to magnets, keychains, decor items.
- Custom Printed Apparel & Accessories - such as T-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, mugs.
- Occasion Cards - personalised cards for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, and other events.
Each item is individually crafted or printed and may vary slightly from images or samples shown.
3. Orders and Customisation
- All custom work must be approved and paid for before production begins.
- For custom print or card designs, a digital proof may be sent for approval.
- Changes after proof approval may not be possible or may incur additional fees.
- Lead times for bulk or event-based orders will be communicated and must be confirmed in writing.
4. Payment Terms
- All prices are in ZAR and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment is due in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed.
- Accepted methods: EFT, SnapScan, PayFast, Cash.
5. Turnaround and Delivery
- Custom and handmade items typically require 5-10 business days to produce.
- We offer courier delivery nationwide in South Africa. Delivery timeframes vary.
- Local Pickup: May be available by prior arrangement.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or factors beyond our control.
6. Refunds and Returns
- No returns on custom items unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving a defective item, with photos.
- Non-custom items may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition. Return
shipping is the customer's responsibility.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, and branding are the property of My Life in Print.
8. Customer Content
You warrant that you have the legal right to use submitted images, phrases, or logos. We may reject
any offensive, infringing, or unlawful content.
9. Liability
Minor variations or imperfections are to be expected. We are not liable for indirect losses due to
delivery issues or errors outside our control.
10. Privacy
Your information is used solely to fulfill your order and is not sold or shared.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
