My Life in Print - Return Policy
1. Custom Items
- All custom-made resin products, printed apparel, mugs, and personalised cards are non-returnable
unless defective or incorrect.
- If your custom order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours with supporting photos.
- If approved, we may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
2. Non-Custom Items
- May be returned within 7 days of receipt if unused and in original condition.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be processed upon inspection of returned goods.
3. Exchanges
- Exchanges are only possible for non-custom items, subject to stock availability.
- Contact us before sending any returns to confirm eligibility and instructions.
